None of us have the “perfect” life; But we all have the right to happiness and fulfillment in this present moment, without judgment.

In each session, we collaborate in evidence-based supportive, informative and insightful counselling. We always find something to laugh about together. My goal is to make sure you feel heard, and that you are taking away some new helpful tools that you can use in your daily life.

My Story

I love what I do! Teaching mindfulness is my true passion. I have been providing psychological treatment for the last fifteen years. Using Mindfulness, Psychology and Medical Sciences, I have helped my clients discover renewed personal fulfillment in their relationships with themselves and with others.

After an intensive MBSR workshop ten years ago, Mindfulness showed me how to bring awareness to the present moment in everything I do; Today I am an even better mother, partner and therapist.

South Asian culture has its own unique set of values and expectations. And sometimes you need a therapist who understands the cultural nuances. Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, I enjoy working with and helping the South Asian community
